To formalise the booking of an accommodation at Verneda Camping Mountain Resort it is required to pay 40% of the total amount of the stay in advance by credit or debit card. The rest of the amount can be paid before arrival via online check-in or in cash at reception.

Prices are subject to change up to the time of booking confirmation. Any price change will be duly informed. No modification will be applied to the prices once the booking is confirmed, as long as the initial conditions are maintained.

The accommodation price includes bed linen and towels. In summer, if you want heating, a supplement is charged depending on the type of accommodation.

A deposit of 150€ is required for all the different types of accommodation as a guarantee to cover possible damages to the property, or special cleaning services that may prove necessary. This deposit will be returned upon your departure, contingent upon an inspection of the accommodations by accredited Verneda Camping Mountain Resort staff. The accommodations must be left in the same state in which they were found, with the kitchen utensils properly cleaned and stored, the trash deposited in the designated receptacles and the sheets and towels on the table on the terrace. If these conditions are not met, a 60€ fee will be subtracted from your deposit.

The maximum capacity indicated for each property can never be exceeded.

In the summer check-in is available after 5 pm, and check-out is before 11 noon. The rest of the year the check-in time depends on the Reception Desk's schedule.

One pet is allowed per property (except for Humarau), provided that it is not left inside the unit, and is always leashed while on the premises of the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort, out of respect for other visitors. Pets carry a surcharge.

If you cancel your reservation, our policy is as follows:

In low season:

  • 7 days before the arrival date, 100% refund of the advanced amount.

  • Less than 7 days: loss of the amount paid in advance.

In medium season:

  • 15 days before the arrival date, 100% refund of the amount paid in advance.

  • Less than 15 days: loss of the amount paid in advance.

In high season:

  • 30 days before the arrival date, 100% refund of the amount paid in advance.
  • Less than 30 days: loss of the amount paid in advance.

In any case of cancellation or modification of the reservation, there will be a charge of € 25 for the management. Modifications received with an advance equal to or less than 15 days will not be accepted.

The procedures or changes related to the reservation must be requested in writing to info@campingverneda.com. Their acceptance will be assessed by the Reservation Center, which will duly communicate the resolution on them. Acceptance of all applications is not guaranteed.

You can download the booking conditions here, the payment of the booking is a sign of acceptance of these conditions.

In addition, you can take out cancellation insurance:

  • Reservations made more than 30 days in advance can contract the policy.
  • The policy allows canceling the reservation and recovering the deposit. If your stay is interrupted by any of the detailed assumptions, you can recover the part of the stay not enjoyed. It does not cover COVID-19.
  • The policy establishes force majeure guarantees to be able to obtain the return of the down payment. More information here.
