To close the reservation of a pitch at the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort it is necessary to make an advance payment of 100€, by credit card. From the 29/07 until 20/08, the 50% of your stay is required.
In the summer check-in is available after 13:00 noon, and check-out is before 12pm. Dogs are allowed on the pitches, provided that they are never left alone on them, and are leashed throughout the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort facilities, out of respect for other visitors.
If you cancel your reservation, our policy is as follows:
Low and medium season:
- 2 days before the arrival date: refund of 100% of the advance amount.
- Less than 2 days: loss of the advanced amount.
High season and Star:
- 15 days before the arrival date: refund of 100% of the advance amount.
- Less than 15 days: loss of the advanced amount.
The corresponding refund will be made, if applicable, minus a €35 cancellation fee. Requests for modification of dates received 15 days or less in advance will not be accepted.
Late arrival and / or early departure does not entitle to discount or refund.

In addition, you can take out cancellation insurance:
- Reservations made more than 30 days in advance can contract the policy.
- The policy allows canceling the reservation and recovering the deposit. If your stay is interrupted by any of the detailed assumptions, you can recover the part of the stay not enjoyed. It does not cover COVID-19.
- The policy establishes force majeure guarantees to be able to obtain the return of the down payment. More information here.
